넷플릭스 계정해킹. 고객센터로 해결

어느날 갑자기 넷플릭스에서 사용하는 이메일이 변경되었다고,
기존 이메일로는 더이상 사용이 불가능하다고 이메일을 받았다.

무슨 소리?
나는 넷플릭스를 한달 무료만 사용하고 사용하지 않고 있었다.

아이유의 페르소나 만 보기 위해 가입했었거든^^

 

그래서 해킹당한 것 같아 고객센터에 문의하였다.
사이트에 보면 실시간 채팅으로 문의를 할 수가 있길래 한 번 해보았다.

 

안녕하세요. 제가 이메일 주소를 변경 신청한적이 없는데 변경되었다고 와서요. 해킹당한 것 같습니다..
i got the email changed my email address in Nexflix but didn't do that. i guess somebody hacking it.

한글말로 썼다가.. 왠지 한글말로 하면 대답이 없을 것 같아서 영어로도 적고 한 2~3분 지났더니 답장이 왔다.
